Dear reader,
I am often asked why I love my job, which to some seems boring.
I always reply that, what seems like ordinary files to the notary represent the most important moments in the client's life.
The purchase of private property often constitutes the investment of the savings of the past life and the stipulation of a mortgage the employment of the gains of the future life.
Equally the most important business decisions, the wills, have a value that goes far beyond the mere patrimonial content, representing the fundamental choices in the lives of people and their families.
The importance of these activities and their consequences impose on the good notary two essential requirements, which are an exciting daily challenge for me.
On the one hand an iron legal preparation, which spaces in all the legal disciplines, to be able to suggest to the customer the best solution to his needs, giving certainty to those who request it at such important moments.
On the other hand, a rigorous organization of the firm and its collaborators, which allows both the careful examination of all the practices and the cordial reception of all those who honour the study of their trust.
Today it has been over twenty years since I became a notary; I signed over ten thousand documents that expanded my knowledge and my experience, introduced me to tens of thousands of people and - why not - also financially gratified.
But still today the greatest satisfaction remains for me when the clients, at the conclusion of a practice, thank me for giving them certainty, for the kindness and professionalism with which they were welcomed by me and my collaborators and I thank them for honouring me of their estimate.
In thanking you for your attention and in the hope of meeting you in person, I extend my cordial greetings
